Your Role and Responsibilities
In this pivotal role, you will:
* Provide senior support to the Commercial Finance function, enhancing our financial delivery and sustainability.
* Deliver effective financial management to support our ambitious growth plans.
* Partner with central functions to provide high-quality analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
* Identify trends and propose actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
* Utilize your excellent communication, analytical, and commercial skills to positively impact our strategic objectives.

We’re looking for someone who is currently operating at a senior level and can demonstrate:
* Experience in leading and deputizing for senior management.
* Support on projects and business investment decisions.

* Strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing insightful information.
* Ability to deliver actionable insights through effective analysis and reporting.
You should be part-qualified and actively studying, with a passion for further development. While experience in the health, social care, or housing sectors is a plus, we also welcome candidates from commercial backgrounds who possess the right skills and a desire to make a difference.
