We’re seeking a professional, organised, and proactive individual to provide essential support to our team of Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, helping to deliver exceptional client service and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and business support to Financial Advisers, working towards shared business goals
* Process new business and client valuations accurately and efficiently
* Maintain and update client records and information systems
* Issue and chase Letters of Authority
* Liaise with clients to obtain financial information and documentation
* Ensure all client documents and queries are processed promptly and accurately
* Deliver exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike
About You
* Experience working in Financial Services administration
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
* Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
* A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and progress
