As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our lead generation and digital marketing activity.
The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketing professional to help drive brand awareness, generate high-quality enquiries, and support business growth across our HVAC and building services divisions.
Reporting to the Directors, you will play a key role in planning and delivering targeted marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and analysing performance to improve results.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and enquiry conversion
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns and the company website
Monitor campaign performance and produce reports using analytics tools to support continuous improvement
Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent and effective marketing activity
Manage and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Support brand development and wider sales and marketing initiatives across the businessEssential Requirements:
Previous experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally with a lead generation focus
Good working knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, email marketing systems and CRM software
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to deadlines
Creative, proactive and organised approachDesirable:
Experience within the HVAC, construction or technical sectors
Degree or qualification in Marketing, Business or a related subjectWhat We Offer:
