Duties
Acting as the point of contact between Greece and London you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and paralegal support to the Head of Legal
* Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and filings
* Liaise constantly with the Greek office and the legal team there
* Attend deal and M&A meetings .
* Translate and interpret for meetings
* Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support M+A deals
* Provide secretarial administrative support to the Head of Legal (incl: diary management, organising travel, management of expenses, booking flights etc )
Requirements
* Good Law degree (essential)
* Fluent English & Greek
* Some previous office admin experience
* Ideally previous exposure to Private equity deals ( This must be clearly marked on the cv )
This role would also suit a recent law graduate with some experience in private equity and good admin skills looking for a first step into the legal profession. There will be full training provided that will enable you to segue into a full legal role and away from admin
