Description
As Asset Management Administrator, you will join our growing Investment and Operations team to provide administrative support for a variety of our investment services. You will support the team to ensure that an excellent client service is provided, through a variety of administrative tasks, effective client communication, and producing and analysing data.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support, including client communication.
* Regularly keeping our systems up to date and assisting with account onboarding.
* Assisting with the co-ordination of account transfers to/from other providers.
* Preparing reviews for Investment Manager Client meetings.
* Production of illustrations and product literature to support the Investment and Sales process.
* Daily reconciliation processing and transactional reporting of market transactions to the FCA.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Experience within investment management, operations or Financial Services is essential.
* Educated to degree standard is desirable.
* Experience of using a CRM and Portfolio Management system.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to deadlines.
* Excellent knowledge on investments within admin/operations.
* Strong communication skills to communicate effectively with clients and investment managers.
