Based in Midlothian, this is a fully on-site role.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nAs Project/Operations Administrator, you'll work at the heart of our client's Operations team, supporting multiple business functions including Project Management, Health & Safety, HR, Finance, Quality, and Logistics. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of key projects and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.\n\nYou'll coordinate across departments, track project milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure that team efforts are aligned and on schedule. If you enjoy multitasking, keeping things organised, and being the glue that holds project teams together - this role is for you.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide end-to-end administrative and project support across Operations functions.\nCoordinate and monitor progress on cross-functional projects and initiatives.\nPrepare and maintain high-quality presentation documents.\nAttend and document key meetings, taking minutes, actions, and follow-ups.\nTrack project timelines, update trackers, and support audit preparation.\nSupport scheduling, logistics, and resource coordination for project meetings and reviews.\nFacilitate clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.\nIdentify and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.\n\nEssential Skills:\n\nProven administrative experience with exposure to project environments.\nStrong organisational and multitasking abilities - able to juggle multiple priorities.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy in written and verbal communication.\nProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with the ability to create clear presentations and reports.\nConfident in capturing and tracking actions and project milestones.\nStrong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.\nExperience supporting cross-departmental teams or functions.\n\nKey Personal Qualities:\n\nCurious and engaged - eager to learn, ask questions, and understand project goals.\nPositive and collaborative - contributes to a respectful and inclusive team culture.\nBig-picture thinker - understands how administrative support impacts wider project success.\nSelf-aware and growth-minded - always looking for ways to improve and add value.Ready to make an impact in a role that blends administration with project support?
