Responsibilities
* For ESPO: Manage a customer base that includes schools and academy trusts, as well as other public sector customers such as local authorities and charities. Help grow business by supporting a regional team, maintaining regular contact with existing customers, and executing telemarketing campaigns to raise awareness of ESPO.
* For ESPO Trading Ltd (ETL): Target new prospects in the private sector, research and build prospect lists, identify key decision-makers, conduct initial outreach via calls and emails, prepare tailored sales materials, manage CRM data, follow up on leads from campaigns and events, and provide support with exhibitions and networking opportunities to ensure prospects are handed over to the sales team.
About You
Ideally you will have:
* Proven telesales experience or selling as part of a customer service role
* Knowledge of the education sector
* Proactive and self-motivated attitude
* Experience using Microsoft Office and a CRM system
* Commitment to our values and will be asked to evidence them in the interview process
