About The Role

The Graduate Planner role is part of our Early Careers development programme and provides formal training, on‑the‑job learning and strong career progression opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Assist in developing project plans, scheduling construction activities and tracking progress across works.
* Help organise a major construction project, ensuring every detail is mapped out and on schedule.
* Learn project management skills, scheduling techniques and coordination methods.
* Support site‑based activities, including visits to sites and travel between locations.
Qualifications
* Recent or soon‑to‑graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 2:2 Honours degree.
* Full UK driver’s licence required.
* Strong communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
