Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the installation of intruder alarm, CCTV and access control systems (and occasional fire alarm maintenance), ensuring everything is in line with company standards and industry regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service while building strong, professional relationships with our high‑profile clients.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver top‑tier service and operational efficiency.
* Communicate effectively and professionally (written and verbal) with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
* Represent the company with integrity and professionalism, setting the bar for industry standards.
* Travel to client sites using a company van or car allowance, maintaining a flexible work schedule.
Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience installing CCTV, access control and intruder alarm systems; fire maintenance experience is a bonus.
* Ability to build rapport with clients and work seamlessly in a team environment.
* Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
* A full UK driving licence to travel between client sites.
Benefits
* £40,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
* 30‑minute travel time each way, company van or car allowance, personal use company credit card.
