About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a National Account Manager to join our Kerry Dairy Consumer Foods team! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in helping us meet and exceed our customers' growth ambitions. Our commercial team is a fantastic place to develop your career, especially as both our branded and private label businesses are thriving.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage key customer P&L and deliver on volume, revenue, and margin targets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and seize new growth opportunities.
* Plan, develop, and deliver Joint Business Plans (JBPs).
* Leverage your experience with branded products to succeed in retail environments.
* Act as the voice of the customer internally, leading teams to foster a growth mindset.
* Handle account administration, including promotions, forecasting, dispute management, and price changes.
* Travel to customer and Kerry sites across the UK.
Qualifications and Skills
* A degree-level qualification or equivalent is desirable.
* Proven experience in managing and developing 'Mults' customers, particularly in the branded space; own label experience is a plus.
* A strong team player with a high level of energy.
* Willingness to commute to Staines two days a week.
* Availability to travel to customers within the UK.
* A proactive and ambitious professional with a strong desire to drive growth.
