We are currently recruiting Assembly Machine Operators on behalf of our client in Mildenhall, Suffolk.
This role involves operating and maintaining machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring high-quality production standards.
Full training will be provided, with a structured on-boardingprocess.
Shift Pattern:
* Sunday-Wednesday, Sunday-Tuesday6:00-18:00
* OR Thursday-Saturday, Wednesday-Saturday6:00-18:00
* Hours:77 hours over 2 weeks, overtime available.
TrainingPeriod:
* Duration:Up to 6 weeks
* Schedule:Monday - Friday 08:00-16:00
* Pay Rate:£12.38 per hour during training and £14.11 after training once transferredto shifts
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain assembly machines
* Inspect products, record data, and ensure quality standards
* Pack components and label packaging
* Maintain a cleanwork area
* Assist with machine adjustments and troubleshooting
