Enrollment Outreach Officer
Join GEDU Global Education as an Enrollment Outreach Officer. This permanent contract role involves recruiting and enrolling prospective students, engaging with them through various communication channels, and guiding them through the admissions process.

The Role
As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will play a key role in attracting and enrolling prospective students to our institution. You will utilize your sales and communication skills to engage with potential students, guide them through the admissions process, and facilitate their transition to becoming enrolled students while providing exceptional customer service.
What The Role Involves
* Track enquiries, applications, admissions data, and manage student recruitment pipelines.
* Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students, including contact information, enquiries, and outcomes.
* Engage with prospective students via phone, email and virtual platforms, nurturing leads.
* Provide information, advice and guidance on student finance and available financial support to address learning barriers.
* Assist with special projects and initiatives related to student recruitment and enrolment management as needed.
About You
* Sales Acumen: Identify the needs and goals of prospective students and recommend suitable programmes; use effective selling techniques to achieve enrolment targets.
* Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with prospective students through in‑person interactions, phone calls, emails and other platforms.
* Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service by addressing enquiries, concerns and needs timely and professionally.
* Active Listening: Listen attentively to the needs and concerns of prospective students and respond with tailored solutions.
* Closing Skills: Guide prospective students through the enrolment process and overcome objections to secure commitments.
* Time Management: Prioritise tasks and follow up with leads to meet recruitment goals within deadlines.
* Goal Orientation: Set ambitious recruitment targets and work diligently to achieve or exceed them while maintaining a focus on student success and satisfaction.
* Resilience and Persistence: Demonstrate resilience and persistence in the face of rejection or challenges and maintain motivation to meet recruitment targets.
* Program Knowledge: Maintain in‑depth knowledge of GBS programmes, including course content, admissions requirements and career outcomes.
