A supportive and inclusive Specialist School in Thatcham is seeking an ASD Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. As an ASD Assistant, you will provide high-quality 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), as well as associated needs such as ADHD, communication challenges, and learning difficulties.
The role of ASD Assistant will involve:
* Providing tailored 1:1 support for pupils with ASD
* Supporting small group interventions to develop communication and social skills
* Creating a structured and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with teachers and support staff
