Job Description
We are in search of a dynamic Fulfilment and Asset Manager to lead our Regional Service Centre to success. If you have a proven track record of overseeing warehouse functions, managing costs, and maintaining operational standards, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure that the depot is performing against all agreed targets/budgets and manage all costs within.
* Maintain exemplary standards of operation and aesthetic appearance.
* Ensure that all aspects of work and process are carried out in line with Health and Safety guidelines.
* Own stock/itemised, non-itemised, transfers/ARP process.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify issues or stock discrepancies.
* Oversee purchasing of all depot equipment, tools and general orders.
* Recruitment, coaching and providing feedback to depot employees and ensuring that all training and development needs are met – conducting timely job chats, training and development records, all in accordance with the Speedy Career Journey.
* Allocate and process assets on Hire Contracts.
Person Specification
* People management and development skills.
* Understand the importance of managing costs and expenses, applying the necessary controls.
* Encourages the use of digital tools wherever possible and keep up to speed with digital skills training as new systems are released.
* Ability to prioritise, plan and organise work and manage time to deliver within timescales.
* Communicates clearly and concisely with all stakeholders.
