Are you a caring and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a passion for Early Years and supporting children with additional needs?
We are working with a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford that is seeking a full-time LSA to support pupils transitioning into Year 1. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing school environment where every child is supported to succeed.

The Role
* Full-time Learning Support Assistant position
* Supporting pupils transitioning from EYFS into Year 1
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting children with SEN to access learning and settle into KS1
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

* A strong understanding of SEN and how to support additional needs
