The Role We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will support individuals in their own homes to live the life they choose, helping them maintain their health, well-being, and independence. Key Responsibilities Providing personal care and practical support in clients’ homes Supporting clients to make their own decisions and maintain independence Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, shopping, and light housekeeping Offering companionship and emotional support Supporting people from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and lifestyles Liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other carers Helping maintain clients’ health, safety, and well-being Medication Administration.
