Location: Tamworth & Surrounding Areas
Our client, a well-established and growing new homes builder, is looking for a motivated New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in a floating roleTamworth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property sales who enjoys variety, flexibility, and working across multiple sites.
The Role
* Floating between new homes developments in and around Tamworth
* Engaging with prospective buyers and delivering an excellent customer experience
* Managing enquiries, viewings, and the sales process through to completion
* Maintaining high presentation standards across show homes and sales offices
* Representing the brand professionally at all times
About You
* Previous experience in New Homes sales (preferred)
* Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Flexible and happy to travel between sites
* Target-driven with a positive attitude
What’s on Offer
* Basic Salary: £27,000
* Working days: Thursday – Monday
* Weekday hours: 10:00am – 5:00pm
* Weekend hours: Saturday & Sunday, 11:00am – 5:00pm
* Floating role offering variety across developments
