Care Assistant - Hazel End (Anchor)
Location: Hazel End, Bishop's Stortford
Hours: 42 hours per week (including some weekend work)
Rate of Pay: £12.94 per hour
With certain care qualifications: £13.54 per hour

About Hazel End:
Hazel End is a modern, purpose-built care home in Bishop's Stortford, offering outstanding residential and dementia care. Our welcoming home is known for its vibrant community, high standards of care, and focus on creating a real sense of home for our residents.
What You'll Do:
As a Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. Your role will include:
* Supporting with personal care and daily living activities
* Assisting at mealtimes and with mobility
* Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and the wider care team
* Ensuring dignity, choice, and independence are at the heart of all you do
What We're Looking For:
* A kind and caring attitude
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to work some weekends as part of your rota
* An NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care is desirable (and rewarded with higher pay!)
