Head of Quality Assurance (CONTRACT - 1.0 FTE, 12 months)
We’re partnering with a respected Biotech organisation in the UK seeking a consultant to become Head of Quality Assurance.
What you’ll do:
* Lead QA staff, including QP/RP roles where applicable.
* Maintain and continually improve the GMP‑compliant Quality Management System (QMS).
* Ensure audit readiness and lead internal, supplier, and regulatory inspection activities.
* Conduct internal audits and monitor the timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
* Oversee External Partners & Suppliers (supplier qualification, audits, and performance monitoring).
* Communicate quality risks and solutions to senior management.
What They're looking for:
* Help to train new and existing staff on any updated SOPs.
* Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
* Proven experience in QA leadership.
* Experience managing CAPA, QMS, audits, and regulatory compliance.
