Job Description
What you'll do...
Plan and schedule all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits
Manage field service engineers diaries and allocate work in line with business targets
Make ownership of all return visits required following an engineers initial attendance
Coordinate and schedule specialist equipment or subcontractors in accordance with company procedures
Make informed decisions by assessing multiple factors such as priority, SLA, engineer skillset, and location
Log, track, and support the resolution of customer complaints
Carry out any additional administrative or coordination tasks assigned by the Manager
Qualifications
What you will need...
Proven experience in a call centre and/or customer-facing role (internal or external).
Confident using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history
Strong team player with an open and honest approach to your own workload and supporting others.
Excellent relationship-building skills, particularly with Regional Service Managers and engineers.
What Youll Bring
Experience in scheduling, call centre, or customer service roles
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills confident with engineers, managers, and customers.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to use multiple systems at once.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
