Voids & Lettings Housing Manager
Grade D – £45,091 – £53,460 per annum
Consultation grade – subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review
Full time – 36.5 hours per week
As part of the Voids & Lettings service redesign, we are expanding the Voids / Lettings Management Team and are looking for a new Voids & Lettings Housing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the North Voids Team and the pre‑tenancy and lettings teams.
* Provide support to wider Voids teams including garages and Wise Move as required.
* Ensure day‑to‑day delivery of the service in the North, South‑East and West areas.
* Develop and review service delivery to achieve top‑quartile voids performance and positive outcomes for households.
* Promote a culture of people‑first principles, engaging staff at all levels and fostering positive working relationships.
* Represent the team within the dynamic management structure and support continuous improvement of service provision.
Qualifications & Experience
* Experience delivering a comprehensive voids and lettings service in a social housing environment.
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required).
* Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and engagement skills.
