We are currently recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants to work across a range of primary schools in West Yorkshire, supporting pupils across all key stages.This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and dedicated individuals who have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and aremitted to helping pupils reach their full potential.The Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs
2. Support children across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
3. Assist class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
4. Implement tailored strategies and interventions to support learning and behaviour
5. Create a safe, nurturing and supportive learning environment
We Are Looking For:
6. Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
7. Experience supporting children with a range of SEND needs, such as: Autism (ASC)ADHDSEMHSpeech, Language andmunication Needs (SLCN)Learning Difficulties
8. A patient, empathetic and proactive approach
9. Strongmunication and teamwork skills
10. Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups
