Supply Teachers Needed – RCT (Rhondda Cynon Taf)

£172.98 per day | Flexible Work | Immediate Opportunities | September Opportunities 

Are you a passionate and adaptable teacher looking for flexible work across Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)? We are currently recruiting dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers who are happy to travel across the RCT and make a real difference in schools on a day-to-day or longer-term basis.

The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and key stages
• Maintain strong classroom management in a variety of school settings
• Adapt quickly to new environments and build positive relationships with students and staff
• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) and behavioural needs
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing is always a top priority

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Strong classroom management and adaptability
• A proactive, reliable and professional attitude
• Willingness to travel across the RCT area
• Passion for supporting students’ learning and development
• Experience with ALN or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
