Location: Home based
Work pattern: 35 hours per week, may involve occasional weekend/evening work/overnight stays
Salary: Up to £56,655.95 per year
Contract: 12-month fixed term contract

Responsibilities of our Operations Partnership Manager:
* Enable Cats Protection to fulfil its charitable goals, specifically to significantly build our authority & credibility with priority professional audiences to improve cat welfare
* Establish, build and maintain relationships with other animal welfare charities, voluntary and community sector organisations as well as the public sector
* Play a leading role in both formal and informal groups, ensuring the objectives and values of Cats Protection are amplified in a variety of environments external to the charity
* Network with internal stakeholders to facilitate cross‑directorate collaborative opportunities
* Act as subject matter expert supporting senior leaders with partnership opportunities in their remit
About the Service Design and Partnerships team:
* The team sits within the Cat Welfare and Operations Directorate and is composed of a departmental Head, three Operations Development Managers, the Neutering Advocacy Manager, and the Operations Partnership Manager.
* The role of the team is twofold:
* to identify and design new services and products
* to identify and reach new audiences
What we’re looking for in our Operations Partnership Manager:
* Partnership development experience with a track record of both new partnership acquisition and maintaining and growing existing relationships
* Experience of working within the voluntary and community sector at a national level
* Proven experience of leading and managing change
* Ability to influence, motivate and empower others in order to reach organisational goals
* Proficient IT skills, including all aspects of Microsoft Office relevant packages and knowledge of database management
* Knowledge of the animal welfare sector
