Are you an organised, proactive administrator who thrives in a fast:paced environment?
Join our Substance Misuse Team at HMP Brixton, supporting psychosocial interventions and accredited treatment programmes for people entering prison with drug or alcohol needs. While youll be based at Brixton, occasional travel to other regional services may be required.
What Youll Do
You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the SMS team, including:
* Maintaining accurate data across systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook, C:Nomis, SystmOne, DET and DAMs.
* Handling enquiries, calls and correspondence respectfully and confidentially.
* Organising attendance lists, producing letters, maintaining programme databases and ensuring participants are recorded and paid via C:Nomis.
* Supporting meetings through minute:taking and coordination.
* Managing filing systems, stock orders, office supplies and equipment.
* Coordinating communication between prison departments, clinical teams and head office.
* Managing mail, visitor processes and general office duties.
* Supporting audits, quality checks, and data reporting requirements.
Your Impact

* Smooth daily operations within a busy prison:based service.
* Accurate data collection and reporting for commissioners and Forwards internal monitoring.
* Strong working relationships with clinical partners and prison departments.
* Compliance with data protection, health and safety, and organisational policies.
