The Role
We are looking for a new Head Chef to join our Prezzo Family who has a genuinedrive, ambition and desire to make Prezzo the standout from the rest!
As a Prezzo Head Chef you will:
1. Have a keen interest to prep and cook great quality Italian cuisine.
2. Lead your kitchen, owning all processes including health and safety, stock management, ordering and staff development.
3. Show #DriveToSucceed (this is one of our core Prezzo values!)
4. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Have a desire to grow your skills and career as a Prezzo Head Chef .
6. Be financially accountable and meet company GP expectations.
7. Constantly monitor and develop your kitchen team.
8. Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian dining experience.
9. Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.
