About the Role: As a Science Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across a range of abilities, helping students develop knowledge, practical skills, and scientific curiosity. You will monitor progress, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and support students to achieve their full potential. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons for a range of abilities. Support students’ learning and development through differentiated teaching strategies. Manage classroom behaviour to maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to develop resources, lesson plans, and interventions. Maintain accurate records of lessons, assessments, and student outcomes. Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching experience. Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3/4 is preferred. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and engage students in learning. Adaptable and creative approach to lesson planning and teaching.
