The Role: Lead and mentor a skilled team of engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service delivery. Oversee managed services, ensuring SLAs and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met. Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, while also focusing on continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and clients to identify opportunities for enhancement and efficiency. Contribute to strategic planning and the development of IT service frameworks. The Person: You'll likely come from a 3rd Line / Senior Infrastructure or Service Delivery background and be eager to take on more leadership and strategic responsibility. Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft technologies, virtualisation, networking, and cloud solutions. Proven experience in customer-focused IT service delivery environments. Excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills.
