Multi Trader (Carpenter/Joiner) - £40,000 + DOE & Company Van
We are a specialist insurance works contractor experiencing continued growth, and we're looking for an experienced Multi Trader - Carpenter/Joiner to join our expanding team.
You’ll be part of a trusted business delivering high‑quality reinstatement works in domestic homes on behalf of major insurance companies. We value trustworthiness, integrity, maturity, and attention to detail above all else.
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for a range of carpentry and multi‑trade tasks within occupied and unoccupied homes, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and with great customer care. You will travel from home to site on a daily basis and be required to cover Surrey and the immediate surrounding areas.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience working in domestic environments
* Strong carpentry/joinery background (qualified by experience or City & Guilds/NVQ)
* Confident interacting with clients and property owners
* Organised, tidy, and able to produce quality workmanship
* Capable of working independently or as part of a team
* Physically fit and reliable
* Full, clean UK driving licence essential
* Positive, adaptable, “can‑do” attitude
What We Offer
* Salary: £40,000+ (depending on experience)
* Company van provided
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
