Role Description
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially savvy Trade Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand presence, product visibility, and sales performance of promotions across retail channels. Reporting into our Global Commercial Director this role acts as the key link between marketing and sales to ensure effective in‑store execution, promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and manage accurate product load‑ups for promotional displays across the retail estate
* Brief and manage third‑party suppliers, ensuring deliverables are aligned to campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and SLAs
* Oversee the approval process for all promotional creative assets, ensuring brand consistency and compliance
* Ensure retailer deadlines, submission requirements, and launch timings are met across all promotional activity
* Lead the creation and governance of all required retailer documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment to retailer‑specific requirements
* Monitor ROI and effectiveness of promotional campaigns. capturing insights, learnings, and recommendations to improve future campaigns
* Monitor and manage budgets across promotional campaigns, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and portfolio‑wide savings
* Conduct competitor analysis and in‑store benchmarking to identify opportunities for differentiation, improved execution, and stronger commercial impact.
* Maintain clear project tracking and documentation to ensure cross‑functional visibility and accountability
* Build strong relationships with key retail partners and suppliers
* Prepare monthly and quarterly performance report
Qualifications & Requirements
* 3 years of experience in beauty or FMCG industry
* Strong understanding of UK retail landscape
* Proven experience managing trade promotions and budgets
* Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skill
* Competent on Monday or other workflow tools

This role is hybrid, based from our office in Aintree near Liverpool. Our office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
