The role
- School Site Team / School Caretaker experience in a Secondary school (essential)
- A good level of managing technological systems in a new build
- Good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site
- Relevant skills including being organised and reliable, and able to use their initiative
- Good time management and works well both individually and within a team
