Senior Agile Research Delivery Team Nurse/Midwife/AHP
Join University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust as a Senior member of our Agile Research Delivery Team. This role will be based at Paget House, Leicester, with extensive travel across the East Midlands.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Nurse, Midwife, or Allied Health Professional with research experience to support, deliver, and set up NIHR Research Delivery Network portfolio studies across varied health and care settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the delivery and setup of National Institute for Health and Care Research Research Delivery Network (NIHR RDN) studies.
* Identify, recruit, deliver, and follow up research participants in accordance with research protocols.
* Manage autonomous work across disciplines and the Regional RDN (RRDN) region.
* Facilitate collaborative working relationships with a breadth of stakeholders to maximise engagement opportunities.
* Potential line management of a team of research delivery staff.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Current research experience and ability to conduct research across differing specialities and settings.
* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to travel extensively across the region.
