Location: Chippenham, Wiltshire (option to work from Salisbury office)
Salary: From £40,000 + 30% bonus on billed and paid fees above target

The Role
As a key member of the conveyancing department, you will:
1. Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
2. Handle a wide range of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
