ABOUT THE ROLE
The Digital Designer (Midweight) plays a key role in bringing Townhouse campaigns to life across multiple digital touchpoints. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality, performance-driven digital assets across organic social, paid media and performance marketing creative, ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive landscape.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role within the Creative Team, where you’ll work across both static and motion design, supporting everything from day-to-day performance marketing to wider brand projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Design and deliver digital assets across paid advertising channels, including Meta, TikTok and Google.
* Create engaging visuals for CRM and email marketing, optimised for performance and conversion.
* Produce creative assets for organic social media and brand campaigns.
* Design digital assets for e-commerce and website activity, including banners and promotional launches.
* Create motion graphics and short-form video content for paid and social using tools such as After Effects and Premiere Pro.
* Utilise AI-powered creative tools and platforms to support ideation, content creation and efficient production.
ABOUT YOU
* Highly creative with a strong eye for design, layout and detail.
* Experienced in digital-first design, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign thinking.
* Confident working across paid media, CRM/email and e-commerce design.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
* Comfortable creating both static and motion-based content, including social-first video.
* Strong understanding of social media formats and digital advertising specifications.
* Able to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Collaborative, while also confident working independently when needed.
* Interested in performance marketing and how creative drives results.
* Curious and proactive in using AI tools to enhance creative workflows.
LOCATION
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our Support Centre in Central London, and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
