What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you’ll be the face of the company on the ground—servicing equipment, solving technical issues, and keeping systems running smoothly for customers across your region. It’s a job that mixes technical know-how with real customer interaction. * Install and maintain water treatment systems and associated equipment * Troubleshoot issues and carry out repairs on-site * Provide user training to help clients get the most from their systems * Maintain clear, accurate records of all service visits * Work safely and responsibly, including the handling of chemicals * Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (1 in 4) What You’ll Bring * Previous experience in a field engineering or service technician role * Good understanding of mechanical and electrical systems (water treatment experience is desirable) * Plumbing or heating background (N/SVQ or equivalent preferred) * Full UK driving licence * Strong communicator with a proactive mindset * Flexible and able to manage your own schedule * Solid awareness of health and safety standards (COSHH familiarity ideal) What’s in it for You * Competitive salary * Four-day working week (Tuesday to Friday) * Vehicle provided for site travel * Company pension plan * Private medical cover (after 3 years) * Cycle to work scheme * Be part of a company that values local roots and global responsibility
