Chief executive

Salary:£77-£80K full time equivalent. Pay award pending effective 1 April 2026.

Contract:permanent, full-time basis (38 hours per week). We are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements for part-time hours, including how these are worked across the working week.


St Martins, the long standing and well respected charity supporting people out of homelessness, is looking to recruit a Chief Executive following the retirement of our current CEO.


As our new Chief Executive, you will collaborate with our dedicated teams and the Board of Trustees to drive forward the vital work of St Martins, focusing on our six key priorities:


* prevent homelessness wherever possible
* deliver effective support
* deliver sustained support
* continue to be an employer of choice
* continue to be well managed and efficient
* communicate clearly
