With experience working in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat positive manner, as well as having a genuine passion for supporting people to become a part of their local and wider community.You will also have experience working with people supported who present behaviours that require intensive support planning and management to ensure their safety and quality of life at all times. Shifts 2 to 1 support during the day working 8am 8pm
Night shifts are 8pm till 8am.
There would be some sleep in shifts available alsoYou must have experience within complex mental health and have a good understanding of positive behaviour support to be considered for this role.

To provide the best care and support possible, in accordance with a persons support needs andcreate personalised support plans using specialist knowledge and experience, gaining input fromother care professionals, so that peoples holistic needs are supported.
Delivering care and support in line with co-produced plans, and establishing meaningfulrelationships with the people we support and their loved ones, to truly understand their needs,and ensure they feel engaged, involved and fulfilled.
To take the lead on monitoring and evaluating the health and behaviour needs of the people wesupport, ensuring Health and Behaviour Plans are reviewed regularly and updated in line withpolicy and best practice.
Motivate and lead self and colleagues to promote operational excellence, specialist support andperson-centred care.
