Role Overview
This is a commercially accountable growth role sitting at the intersection of partnerships, field marketing and regional business development.
As Partnerships & Regional Growth Executive, you will be responsible for building and securing high-impact contra-marketing partnerships that directly drive ticket sales across DogFest regions. You'll identify opportunities, pitch compelling collaborations, negotiate agreements, and ensure delivery translates into measurable attendance growth.
You will be measured on regional ticket sales performance, partner-driven conversions, and the commercial impact of your activity.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in partnerships, field sales, business development, brand activation or event marketing who thrives on relationship-building and delivering tangible results.

* Build and manage a strong pipeline of local businesses, communities and brand partners
* Identify and secure contra-marketing agreements that expand DogFest's reach
* Track partner-attributed ticket sales and optimise activity accordingly
* Maintain clear reporting on performance, ROI and growth opportunities
Partnerships & Business Development
* Research, approach and pitch aligned regional and national partners
* Negotiate mutually beneficial promotional agreements (newsletter swaps, social campaigns, retail promotion, database access, community outreach, etc.)
* Build long-term, repeatable partnership relationships across multiple regions
* Maintain and develop a structured partner database and outreach plan
Field Marketing & Local Activation
* Plan and deliver targeted regional campaigns to maximise awareness and ticket sales
* Build relationships with pet retailers, independent stores, charities, clubs and dog communities
* Oversee grassroots marketing activity including in-store placements, local events and visibility initiatives
* Represent DogFest at community and industry events
* Collaborate with the central marketing team to align regional activity with digital, PR and email campaigns
Influencer Partnerships
* Identify and secure regional and national influencers aligned with the DogFest brand
* Negotiate deliverables and manage campaign execution
* Track reach, engagement and ticket conversion impact
* Build strong long-term relationships with creators and agents

* Strong pitching, negotiation and relationship-building skills
* A results-driven mindset with confidence owning regional performance
* Experience working with consumer-facing brands, events, retail or lifestyle sectors
* Excellent organisation and performance tracking skills
* The energy and confidence to represent a vibrant national events brand on the ground
* You're proactive, commercially aware, and motivated by turning conversations into measurable outcomes
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally (weekend work during event season is essential)
Why Join DogFest?
* Be part of a fun, fast-growing consumer events brand with a passionate, dog-loving community
