Overview
As a Gaming Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of gaming excitement. You’ll oversee all gaming activities within the casino, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring each area operates effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll contribute to bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life, focusing on enhancing customer excitement, driving business growth, and maintaining an exceptional casino experience for our customers. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence among your team, promoting high standards of customer service, and innovating gaming operations that excite and entertain guests.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all gaming activities within the casino (table gaming, electronic gaming, poker) to ensure effective operations and regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to deliver the Grosvenor Business Plan, enhance customer excitement, drive business growth, and maintain an exceptional casino experience.
* Foster a culture of excellence, lead and develop the gaming operations team, and promote high standards of customer service.
* Innovate gaming operations to entertain guests while meeting regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications
* Previous casino management experience with excellent knowledge of UK gaming activities; proven success in achieving sales and yield targets
* Current PML License
* Proven ability to lead a team, communicate standards and targets, and deliver first-class customer experiences
* Inclusive leadership style, recognizing individuality of team members and stakeholders
* Ability to demonstrate the company values and behaviors supporting the mission to be the most loved Casinos in the UK
* Experience conducting/recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring regulatory compliance
