Senior ServiceNow Consultant (Fully Remote) Permanent / Full-Time Core Focus: ITSM, ITOM, and Platform Architecture The Role We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow Consultant to drive the evolution of our platform. We don’t just need someone to manage tickets; we need a builder who understands the "under the hood" mechanics of ServiceNow and can translate complex business requirements into elegant, scalable technical solutions. You will have total autonomy to work from home, with the support of our team remotely with in-person meet ups available. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules (specifically ITSM and ITOM). Hands-on Development: Writing clean, performant JavaScript, developing Service Portals, and creating sophisticated Workflows/Flow Designers. CMDB & Discovery: (High Priority) Owning the health of the CMDB. Configuring Discovery schedules, Service Mapping, and ensuring our infrastructure data (including Data Centre assets) is 100% accurate.
