END Teaching Assistant - Full Time Rugby
Location: Rugby
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Assisting the class teacher in delivering inclusive learning
* Helping manage behaviour in line with school policies
* Providing personal care support where required
* Creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or young people with SEND (preferred but not essential)
* A calm, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - or be willing to apply for one (we can assist with the process or cover the cost)
