Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers, listen to their needs, and advise them on which of our products are the perfect match for them. You turn every customer interaction into a memorable customer experience.
* Work closely with your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to reach personal goals and the store goals.
* Interact with customers every day and ensure to provide a ‘best in class’ customer experience.
* Follow store operational and safety procedures as well as keep the store clean and tidy according to company visual merchandising standards.
* Bring energy, connection, and a positive attitude to help customers feel at home in our stores and share excitement about our brand and products.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
* A customer-service mentality and team-player’s work ethic.
* Decision making and problem-solving skills.
* Good attention to detail, organised and structured.
