M&A/ Fundraising Corporate Finance specialist – Digital Media & Streaming (Contract)
Duration: 3-6 months - Flexible around the Advisor

Location: Flexible working in London
ReachX is supporting a client in the digital media and streaming sector who is seeking an experienced M&A and Fundraising Consultant to support a defined transaction phase. This is a mid market transaction size (>Euro50M)
This is a short-term, high-impact consulting engagement, ideal for an ex-investment banker at VP level with strong sector experience.
The Role
You will work closely with senior stakeholders to support M&A activity within the digital media / streaming space, including:
* Advising on sell side/ fundraising
* Writing equity story
* Financial modelling, valuation, and commercial analysis
* Preparation of investment materials and transaction documentation
* Market and sector analysis within digital media and streaming
* Acting as a senior, hands-on advisor throughout the deal lifecycle
Required Experience
* Former Investment Banker from top tier firm (VP level or equivalent) And/OR experience from a Digital Marketing background
* Demonstrable M&A experience in digital media, streaming, content, or adjacent technology sectors
* Financial modelling and valuation capability
* Experience working in lean, fast-paced deal environments
* Comfortable operating independently as a consultant
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Engagement Details
* 3-6 month contract
* Central London Office with flexible working arrangements
* Competitive day rate, aligned to experience
* Immediate or near-immediate start preferred
