Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for bringing on board new customers and then managing those client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing client needs promptly. They will maintain and grow these client accounts by identifying new opportunities and proposing solutions that fit client requirements. The Account Manager will coordinate with internal teams to deliver IT services and support, conduct regular review meetings with clients, and provide strategic advice to enhance client business performance. Additionally, they will develop and implement account strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
Qualifications
* Skills in Client Relationship Management, Customer Satisfaction, and Addressing Client Needs
* Experience in developing and growing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and proposing solutions
* Coordination with internal teams to deliver IT services and support
* Conducting regular review meetings with clients and providing strategic advice
* Developing and implementing account strategies to achieve revenue goals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Experience in the IT industry is a must have
