If you have experience with EUPD, ASD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and thrive on helping others live meaningful, independent lives, we’d love to hear from you! Please note: Some of our sites operate single-gender teams, so flexibility and understanding are key. What You’ll Do Deliver person-centred support to individuals with complex needs. Promote independence and enhance quality of life. Assist with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, cleaning, and paperwork. Support access to community activities and help develop new skills and hobbies. What We’re Looking For Experience supporting individuals with ASD and mental health conditions. Knowledge of challenging behaviours and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS). Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
