Technical Lead - Risk & Finance Technology
Join our team as a Technical Lead and play a key role in our Risk & Finance Technology division. We're seeking a talented individual to lead the development and maintenance of critical systems and integration feeds.
About the Role:
As the Technical Lead, you will provide technical guidance and support to a team of developers while ensuring the smooth operation of our Risk & Finance Technology applications. You'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage production incidents and releases, and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of developers, offering guidance on technical solutions.
* Act as the primary technical contact for Credit Risk Technology applications.
* Manage production incidents and releases, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
* Contribute to strategic projects and initiatives, including system migrations and continuous deployment.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
* Deep knowledge of server-side Java and JEE.
* Experience with Spring framework and messaging technologies.
* Strong background in XML and relational database development.
* Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
Qualifications:
* Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Sun Certified Java Programmer (desirable).
