Computer Science Teacher (Part-Time - 0.5 Timetable). We are seeking a passionate Computer Science Teacher to join one of London's top independent schools on a permanent, part-time (0.5 timetable) basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Computer Science Teacher to inspire the next generation of digital creators through engaging, innovative teaching. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality Computing lessons that develop programming skills, creativity, problem solving and resilience.
Responsibilities
* Part-time Computer Science Teacher role (0.5 timetable)
* Teach Computer Science up to GCSE level, ideally A Level
* Strong focus on programming and computational thinking
* Use practical, project-based learning to engage students
* Encourage students to develop real-world digital and problem-solving skills
* Integrate physical computing into lessons
* Work collaboratively within a small Computing department
* Contribute to curriculum planning as a key Computer Science Teacher
