Job role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychotherapist to join our team and provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients with eating disorders. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, and is passionate about delivering evidence-based therapy to those in need. Responsibilities: Deliver psychotherapeutic support to individuals, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs. Provide one-to-one and group therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to clients, including working with psychiatrists, nutritionists, and other mental health professionals. Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as required, ensuring the highest standard of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, adhering to confidentiality and safeguarding standards. Experience: Proven experience of working with clients who have eating disorders, with a clear understanding of the complexities of these conditions. Experience of working with children, teenagers, and young adults, with an understanding of age-appropriate therapeutic techniques. Experience of working in CBT is preferred. Experience of delivering both group and one-to-one therapies. Experience of working within a multi-disciplinary team setting. Qualifications: Minimum Masters level Accreditation with BACP or UKCP
