Our client is looking for experienced children residential support workers who can work either the day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the young people with their daily routine
* Attending regular liaison meetings with appropriate partners/interested parties.
* Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
* Having due regard to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people and to follow the child protection procedures.
* Providing high quality care in a safe, stimulating environment
* Ensuring that all provision meets relevant and appropriate health and safety requirements.
* Working flexibly and to undertake shift work including early shifts, late shifts, and weekends.

* Flexibility & resourceful
* Strongly developed organisation skills
* Emotional resilience
* Previous experience in a special needs environment/school would be desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
