Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role requires overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing stakeholder expectations, and driving project success through effective communication and organisational skills.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise project teams to ensure effective execution of project plans.
* Conduct requirements gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
* Utilise various project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Jira for planning and tracking progress.
* Implement cost control measures to manage budgets effectively.
* Perform root cause analysis to identify issues and develop solutions.
* Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
* Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
* Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders using tools like Visio and Confluence.
* Oversee the integration of ERP systems such as Workday and Salesforce into project workflows.
* Employ methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall for structured project delivery.
* Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making processes throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure adherence to content management systems and best practices in product development.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
* Proven experience in supervising teams within a project management context.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
* Familiarity with tools such as Basecamp, Smartsheet, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and SAS is advantageous.
* Demonstrated organisational skills with a keen eye for detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
